WRM is committed to maintaining the highest standards in strata management, exceeding all requirements of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and provincial and local governments. All of our agents are council licensed through the UBC Sauder School of Business, and undergo in-house training and re-certification programs to ensure they are up on all the most recent developments in law, best practices, and changes to the industry as a whole.

We partner with companies that are tops in their field when it comes to everything from meeting provincial standards for incorporation, to insurance, to audited financial reports, to emergency on-site services and maintenance.
