WRM has been operating in the Whistler and Sea to Sky Corridor for over 25 years, providing proactive strata management services to a range of strata properties including residential and commercial buildings. In 2023, WRM expanded operations to the Okanagan with a new office in Penticton.

WRM is a founding member of the Strata Property Agents of BC and current member of the Professional Association of Managing Agents and the Condominium Home Owners Association.

We are licensed under the Real Estate Service Act and each Strata Property Agent is professionally trained and licensed.
